Personal Training

  • $100 per month for 1 training session per week (4 sessions)

  • $175 per month for 2 training sessions per week (8 sessions)

  • $250 per month for 3 training sessions per week (12 sessions)

  • $400 per month for 3 training sessions per week PLUS 4 days of movement programmed (e.g., walking program, stretch program, mobility program, etc.)
